NO - FAULT RETURN POLICY
We offer a no-fault return policy to all purchasers of the Orchid™ device. Under this policy you can return your Orchid™ device to us within 30 days of receipt of your purchase from us, and receive a full refund of the price you paid less any shipping and freight costs.
To be eligible for a refund under our no-fault return policy, you must return your Orchid™ device to us within 30 days of receipt of your purchase from us. Your Orchid™ device must be:
in the same condition as when you received it; and
in its original packaging.
You must also submit a receipt for the Orchid™ device, or other proof of purchase acceptable to us.
Only regular priced items are covered by this no-fault return policy. Sale items are excluded.
We may reject any return that does not meet the above criteria, although you may still have remedies under our one(1) year warranty and under consumer laws if the Orchid™ device was defective.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether we have approved or rejected your return.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow a few days for this refund to be processed.
BLACK INTERNATIONAL ONE - YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Black International Limited (referred to in this document as Black or we or our or us) warrants that the included hardware product (Product) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of the original retail purchase.
This warranty only applies to Products purchased from Black or an authorised reseller or retailer.
This warranty excludes defects or damage arising as a result of any of the following:
normal wear and tear during normal use of the Product;
incorrect installation of the Product;
any defect in any equipment in which the Product is installed;
exposure to moisture, excessive heat, or extreme weather or atmospheric conditions;
physical damage caused to the Product following purchase;
any use or storage of the Product other than as recommended by Black; or
negligence on the part of any user.
Please note that any attempt by any person not authorised by Black to modify or repair the Product will invalidate this warranty.
Black does not warrant that the Product will operate in every battery-powered tool or device. Nor does Black warrant that the use of the Product will result in a user always locating the tool or device that the Product is installed in. The Product uses GPS and GSM technologies and these technologies may not operate, or may operate with reduced effectiveness, at some locations or in some environments.
The Product is designed to assist with the location of equipment or tools, but it is not a substitute for insurance. You should make sure that you are appropriately insured for loss or theft of any equipment or tools.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM TO US
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 8C Saturn Place, Albany, Rosedale. Auckland NZ 0632.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs incurred by you in returning products are non-refundable.
You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you receive a refund under our no-fault return policy, that refund will be less any shipping and freight costs charged on your original purchase. If you receive a refund under our one (1) year warranty, we will refund all shipping and freight costs charged on your original purchase.
We do not guarantee that any replacement products shipped to you will be received within a particular timeframe. The time it takes to deliver a replacement product may vary, depending on where you live.
